For current students, the Student ID is located in the admissions email received upon application or in the transcript or progress areas within Self-Service. This is a nine (9) digit number beginning with a 900.

High School Equivalency or GED transcripts are not available through this site. For ordering information, visit the Georgia High School Equivalency (GaHSE) HELP DESK at https://shorturl.at/lR53i and click on your preferred delivery option.

Transcript requests are welcome 24/7. If submitted during weekends or when the College is closed for breaks and holidays, they will be processed in the order received upon the College's reopening. In case of a hold notification, prompt resolution is advised to prevent delays.

Currently enrolled students have options for transcript ordering: Electronic PDF, mailing, or hold for pick-up. Additionally, you can specify whether you want the transcript processed now, after grades, or after graduation.

After grades for current student transcripts: If you choose to process transcripts after grades, make sure that your final grades are accessible in Self-Service.

After graduation for current student transcripts: If you are graduating, select this option to confirm that your degree has been posted.

Ordering transcripts prior to these verifications may result in incomplete information, requiring a re-order at an additional cost.
