Electronic PDF transcripts are $10.00 plus tax per request (additional fees for printed and mailed copies). There is a processing time of up to 3 business days (possibly slower during peak periods).

If you are a current student ordering a transcript for a scholarship, study abroad, or undergraduate research, stop and exit Parchment. These students should email the Registration & Records Office at registrar@bw.edu.

All financial obligations to Baldwin Wallace must be met before you may order a transcript. Exceptions may be granted for transcript requests needed for employment purposes or those in accordance with state and federal regulations.
