Welcome to Parchment. We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.

Transcripts are processed within 1-3 business days, provided the University is not closed for a holiday. Additional processing days may be necessary during peak periods at the beginning and end of terms. Alumni and former students who attended prior to 1989 may experience a delay in processing time.

If you are a current student, we recommend using your personal email address to create your Parchment account; your Wittenberg email address will expire once you cease to be an active student.

If you don't know your ID number, you may enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number instead where prompted in the Parchment portal. If you don't know your ID number and don't have an SSN, enter 0's in the field to continue placing your order. We will contact you if we have issues locating your record.

Transcripts are only considered official for the first recipient. Once a paper transcript's envelope seal is broken, or an electronic transcript is downloaded, it is considered to be an unofficial copy and may be used wherever an unofficial copy is accepted.

The link for an electronic transcript is only active for 30 days after it has been received by the recipient. Please confirm with your recipient that the transcript has been accessed and saved before the link expires. If the transcript link has expired, a new request must be placed.
