If you attended a clock hour program in Oklahoma (including Culinary, Pastry Arts, Professional Massage Therapy, or another clock hour program), you may be eligible to receive up to two transcripts at no cost to you. Please submit your request using this form "Oklahoma Transcript Request" using the link: https://ancora-acad.mojohelpdesk.com/mytickets/create#/ticket-form/57559. The Residential Registrar Team will review your request and notify you when the transcript has been processed.
