Can’t find your school?
If you have already graduated, you may be able to order from NeedMyTranscript by Parchment. If you are currently a student at your school, you may contact Member Support to confirm your school does not use Parchment to send documents.
Mistakes happen. However, due to privacy regulations we are unable to edit the recipient information for an existing order.
If the original sender, destination, or delivery method needs to be changed, a new order is required. Please carefully review before placing your order.
A transcript request may be canceled if it has not been fulfilled within 30 days and/ or if the sending institution is unable to fulfill the request as it was placed.
Contact support for assistance with canceling an order that has not been fulfilled.
Has your download link expired? Download links are available for 30 days, if your download link has expired a new order will be required.

Please allow 7-10 days for USPS delivery of all credentials.
Note that for diplomas there is additional processing time. If you have allowed sufficient time for delivery of your credential and it still has not arrived, please contact support.
