The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) has partnered with Parchment Exchange to provide degree verifications, official transcripts, and additional/replacement copies of diplomas (masters and doctorate degrees) and academic certificates. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the NPS Registrar's Office via email at registrar@nps.edu. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:00pm PST (closed weekends and U.S. Federal holidays).

• New User – Register with Parchment Exchange using a valid personal / non-government email address and password for your initial visit only. (*DO NOT USE .mil, .gov, or nps.edu email address.)

-- SSN (Last 4 digits) field: If no SSN (international students) enter '0000' or leave blank.

--If you are unsure of the precise Grad Year, it is ok to enter the year you think it is or leave it blank. If the Last 4 & DOB are included that will assist us in correct ID-records matching.

• Returning User – Log in to your Parchment account.

• Recent Graduates – Final graduate documents (diploma and/or certificate) will be distributed electronically and by mail approximately 90 days after the month of graduation. Final transcripts can be requested through Parchment at that time.

• Approximate Processing Times for regular orders are within:

-- Transcripts – within 1-5 business days

-- Verifications – within 1-5 business days

-- Additional or Replacement Diplomas/Certificates – 30 days

Note, there is also an ordering option for Overnight/Express for an additional fee.
