Welcome to the McMaster University storefront for ordering official e-transcripts and UNDERGRADUATE enrolment verification letters. This service provides McMaster students the opportunity to receive electronic, secure, official, shareable and certified transcripts and undergraduate enrolment letters. Students can securely share the transcripts and the enrolment verification letters with other universities, employers or third parties. When sent directly to a third-party, the transcript or letter bears the Blue Ribbon Certification Symbol. McMaster University continues to offer paper transcripts through Mosaic.

Upon your first time visiting the site, you will need to create a new account with username and password. Once your account is created, you can sign in to request and track your orders.

The Parchment ordering site is integrated with Mosaic to provide you a quick and easy e-transcript and ordering experience. Please ensure your social insurance number (SIN) is on your McMaster student record and the last four digits of your SIN are included on your Parchment account for faster processing.

**Physician Assistants & Medicine Students/Alumni: Please submit an order through 'e-Transcript with Supplement' so your medical narrative can be added to your official transcript.

**Alumni applying for another educational institution through OUAC must order a transcript through the OUAC site. OUAC does not accept the e-transcript via Parchment.

Please note that enrolment verification letters are only available to undergraduate students via this site. The only Divinity students able to order transcripts from Parchment are MTS and MDiv degree students. All other Divinity students are invited to email divreg@mcmaster.ca to request a transcript or letter. Graduate students (School of Graduate Studies) can download verification letters via Mosaic or inquire at askgrad@mcmaster.ca.
