Thank you for requesting your transcript. If you graduated prior to 2007 from Hamlin, Duval, Guyan Valley or Harts High Schools, you need to contact the Lincoln County Board of Education at (304) 824-3033 for your transcript. All transcripts will include your high school transcript only. ACT scores will only be sent if requested. Immunizations records cannot be sent with your transcript. If you need your immunization records, please go to the following link for information on how to request your immunization records. Thank you.
