Welcome to Parchment Exchange,
We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. Transcripts will be sent quickly and efficiently, but this service requires a fee. Current TPHS students can order transcripts for free by coming into the Registrar's office and completing a transcript request form.
Transcripts requested through Parchment Exchange can only be processed on days that school is in session. Transcripts will not be processed on Legal Holidays or In service Days, during Fall Break, Winter Break or Spring Break.
Please use your legal name when requesting a transcript. This is the name as it appears on your transcript. The use of a nickname will delay your request.
Graduates prior to 1991 can request their transcript by e-mailing cathy.shroyer@sduhsd.net. Please note in the e-mail your name when you graduated, graduation year, the school that you graduated from and the address that you want the transcript sent to.
Diplomas are not available for order at this time.
