**For a transcript request with no holds, processing time may be 5-7 business days.

If you attended the university prior to 1996, have a business office hold or you are affected by the Federal Regulation 668.14(b) (33) and 668.14(b) (34) passed by the Department of Education effective July 1, 2024, processing time may take up to two weeks.

25/T3 - grades will be posted on the transcript after March 18, 2025

25/T3 - degrees will be conferred after March 20, 2025

***Grades and degrees will be posted on the transcript once the Registrar's Office and Graduation Center has completed the process of entering grades and conferring the degrees. This may be one to two weeks after graduation. Please remember this when ordering a transcript. If the "Now" option is chosen before current degrees and grades are posted you will need to place ANOTHER order for a transcript with the newly awarded degrees and grades.***

A complete transcript from Troy University includes all academic levels in one transcript. If you are requesting a specific academic level, only, please state which academic level needed in the special instructions of the ordering process.

Transcripts will not be issued if there is unresolved debt with Troy University.
