San Diego State University has partnered with Parchment, Inc. to fulfill paper and electronic transcript orders submitted online.

Official transcript requests submitted through Parchment will be processed within 1-3 business days. CURRENT STUDENTS, please confirm all information on your UNOFFICIAL transcript is present PRIOR to placing a request for the OFFICIAL transcript; this includes grades and degrees. Please VERIFY with the recipient(s) what format they want to receive the transcript in and where (i.e. email/mailing address info). No Refunds or Credits will be issued if requests are placed prior to grades/degrees being posted or the institution does not accept the format chosen.

When creating your Parchment Account, please include your RED ID number. This number will start with either an 8 or 1. Please contact the Registrar's Office directly if you require assistance in obtaining your RED ID.
