Welcome to Parchment. Albertus Magnus College uses Parchment to process all transcript requests. Students have the ability to request either a paper or electronic transcript through the system.

Cost per transcript: $7.00 (electronic) and $10.00 (paper) plus applicable tax.

Students who attended prior to 1990 should contact the Office of the Registrar to place their order as records before 1990 may not be able to transmit electronically.

Effective 7/1/2024: Albertus Magnus College will no longer withhold academic transcripts for students (both current and former) and alumni who have an outstanding financial matter with the College.
