If you completed any coursework at the SMFA prior to Summer 2017 and are looking for an electronic transcript or a paper transcript with expedited delivery make sure to select the program/school attended as SMFA (prior to summer 2017) to ensure your complete academic record is included in your order.

To order your SMFA Review Board comments sent with your transcript, make sure to select the program/school attended as SMFA (prior to summer 2017) when placing your order in Parchment AND use the AS&E Transcript Request Form (https://tuftsstudentservices.tfaforms.net/17) to note you have a pending order in Parchment.

To request a paper transcript to be mailed using USPS First Class mail or to be picked up in person at your Registrar's office, place your request through SIS (http://go.tufts.edu/sis)
