Welcome to the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor's online transcript service. This is a secure, convenient way to request a copy of your UMHB transcript and to track the progress of your request anytime.

Transcripts can be sent to any destination globally. If you are sending a transcript to a destination other than an academic entity in the Parchment Exchange database, you will be required to sign and fax or e-mail the authorization form provided directly to Parchment Exchange before your transcript can be processed. Please do this when prompted to avoid delays.

The UMHB Registrar's Office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm and will be processing all requests in the order of receipt. Typical turnaround time is 2 to 3 business days. However, turnaround time may be longer at the beginning and at the ending of the semester due to registration and graduation activities. We look forward to serving you!
