Welcome to Parchment. We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.

Transcript requests are completed typically within 3-5 business days under normal circumstances. Issues that may affect the processing time include high volume periods or if there are transcript holds. In the event that there is a hold placed on your transcript, you can contact student accounts at the University of Dubuque at 563.589.3710 for additional information.

*Rush transcripts: Order an official transcript (electronic or pickup) for same day processing. Orders are processed the same day if received between the hours of 8:00am - 3:00pm CST Monday - Thursday and 8:00am - 11:00am CST on Friday, as long as there is not a hold on your account.
