If your 2025 SPRING semester grades are not posted on your unofficial transcript (advisor summary) yet, select "hold for grades" on the order form. Selecting hold for grades, allows us to wait until all your SPRING semester grades are posted prior to releasing your transcript.

If you recently finished your degree/certificate requirements and your degree/certificate has not been posted to the unofficial transcript (advisor summary), select "hold for degree" on the order form. By selecting hold for degree this will ensure the official transcript will have the degree posted prior to releasing the transcript.

Refunds/resends will not be provided if holds are not selected at the time of placing your order.

If you are sending transcripts to an out-of-state institution (ex. University of South Florida). Please consult with your receiving institution(s) before you order your transcript to determine their acceptable transcript delivery methods. Some universities do not accept submissions of electronic transcripts via SPEEDE network and prefer a paper copy to be mailed to them.

Resends/refunds will not be provided if the institution does not accept transcripts in the delivery method selected on your order.
