IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

When placing an order for a transcript, you may leave the ID# blank during account creation if you do not remember it but please be aware your request will be PUT ON HOLD until we can find your ID# and enter it into your request. We check for holds daily during our normal business hours, but orders placed on a weekend or during a holiday will not be processed until we return to the office. If you know your ID#, please enter it to prevent delays.

If you've already created a Parchment account, please check to see if your student ID# has already been saved to your account settings. When logged in to your Parchment, please select "Profile", "Account Settings", and then select the "transcripts" tab. Under School Information for Biola University, scroll down to the Student ID box and enter your ID number.
