It is NOT necessary to pay for transcripts through Parchment if you are requesting your VCSU transcript to be sent to any of the following North Dakota University System (NDUS) institutions for admission as a student:

1. Bismarck State College

2. Dakota College at Bottineau

3. Dickinson State University

4. Lake Region State College

5. Mayville State University

6. Minot State University

7. North Dakota State College of Science

8. North Dakota State University

9. University of North Dakota

10. Williston State College

Instead, the North Dakota University System (NDUS) college or university to which you have applied will be able retrieve your academic transcript from VCSU at NO CHARGE to you. You will, however, be notified if you have any holds on your academic transcripts for outstanding debt owed to a NDUS college or university. NO REFUNDS will be granted for individuals who inadvertently request transcripts to be exchanged between NDUS colleges and universities via Parchment.
