*Your personal identifying information (Last Name, DOB, WSU Student ID) MUST MATCH official WSU information (including hyphenated names) to process your request.  If information DOES NOT MATCH, the REQUEST WILL BE CANCELED, and rush-FedEx orders will not be expedited as expected.
