Welcome to Parchment! If you don't already have an existing user account with Parchment, you will need to create a new learner account using your personal email address. This will be your Parchment account and is separate from your school login credentials.

Students with a current balance on their NCSC accounts will not be able to order transcripts through Parchment. If a transcript is needed strictly for employment purposes, and you have a current balance, please contact studentrecords@ncstatecollege.edu for information on placing an order.
