Please be sure to indicate when you would like your transcript sent. You have the option to hold your transcript until final grades are posted and/or until your degree has been conferred. If you do not choose one of these options and your transcript is sent before your intended time frame, you will be responsible for the ordering and cost of an additional transcript to be sent.

If you have a balance on your account your transcript will be placed on hold and you will be notified to contact our Student Financial Services Office. Once your account is settled please contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@thomasu.edu to let us know. Your transcript will then be processed within three to five business days from notification.
