Policy Information from Illinois Institute of Technology:

• In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), a student's record(s) will not be released without prior written consent from the student.

• Students must fulfill ALL financial obligations to IIT before transcripts are sent.

• Transcripts will NOT be held for final grades, grade changes, or degree conferrals.

• If a grade or degree is not visible in your myIIT portal account (Academics tab > 'Banner Student Self Service' channel > Student Records link), it will NOT be noted on your transcript. Check your myIIT portal account before you submit a request.

• The student is responsible for placing a new order if their transcript order processes without final grades or degree postings.
