All coursework taken at San Diego City College, Mesa College, and Miramar College will appear on one transcript.

It is the student's responsibility to confirm with the recipient the accepted transcript delivery method and address. Changes to the delivery method or address will require a new transcript order.

Please verify all grades have been posted if selecting to have the transcript go out at the time of ordering. Refunds or complimentary reorders will not be offered.

Students that would like to place their transcript request on hold for Spring 2025 grades should submit their order on or after January 14, 2025. These transcripts will be automatically released on June 13, 2025.
