Welcome to College of the Desert's online electronic transcript service. This provides a secure, convenient way to request a copy of your COD transcript and to track the progress of your request. Parchment Exchange will deliver your transcript anywhere you need it to go- other colleges and universities, scholarships funds, employers, and even to yourself!

1. If you would like us to hold your transcript until grades are posted for the current semester, please select the "Next Grading Period Transcript" on the Review Destinations page.

2. If you would like us to hold your transcript until your degree has been awarded and posted to your transcript, type "Hold for Degree" and indicate when the degree will be awarded in the Special Handling Section on the Review Destination page.

3. You may need General Education Certification if you plan to transfer to a California State University or University of California. General Education Certification will fulfill lower division General Education requirements- SELECT: IGETC for UC or CSU for CSU only.
