PLEASE NOTE:

**Grades and degrees for Fall 2024 have now been posted, and transcripts on hold for Fall 2024 have been released. Requests with the option "Hold for Grades" or "Hold for Degree" will now be on hold until Spring 2025 grades and/or degrees are posted.**

*Charges for student transcript and replacement diploma processing will be incurred immediately upon the submitted request, even for students with holds on their accounts. Charge amounts are as follows: Transcript Request: $8~ Replacement Diploma: $15~ Third Party Transcript Request: $15~. Mail requests incur an additional charge for shipping. ~Applicable sales tax will be added beginning on January 6th, 2025 (see last note in this section).

*The Send Now option includes courses in progress for the current term.

*The Hold for Grades and Hold for Degree options are for the current semester only, and transcripts requested with these options will be sent after grades and degrees have been fully processed for the current semester.

*Current Dual Enrollment students should not submit transcript requests. Transcripts for Dual Enrollment students cannot be sent until the Holmes Admissions Office has received the students' final, official high school transcript.

~Beginning January 6th, 2025, sales tax will be collected on certain document requests, including transcripts and diplomas, in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. This change may affect the total cost of your request based on various factors such as document type, delivery method, and location. Before completing your order, you will see a breakdown of all charges, including any applicable taxes, to ensure total transparency.
