Effective August 28, 2017, LACCD transitioned from issuing college specific transcripts to a district transcript that contains all grades for courses taken at any and all 9 campuses you may have attended. If you attended more than one of the colleges within the LACCD from 1974 and beyond, you should submit your request at the last college you attended.
