Welcome to Parchment. We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you.

Transcripts are OFFICIAL if they are sent directly to the college/university from this system. They are UNOFFICIAL if it is emailed to a personal email address. Please check with the receiving institution to see where the transcript should be sent.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE to request your transcript if you took courses through our PUBLIC SAFETY INSTITUTE, CONTINUING EDUCATION DEPARTMENT or trying to obtain GED scores.

In compliance with Federal regulations, transcripts will be processed for all students including those with holds placed on their account for financial or other obligations to the College. For any semester with an unpaid balance, a grade of “BH” will be listed, signaling a Business Office Hold. Past due balances may be resolved by contacting the Business Office at 1-800-377-5222, option 3.

Degrees are also withheld for any accounts with an unpaid balance.

**If your transcript does go out with the "BH" status, you will need to request and pay for another transcript when the Business Office Hold is resolved**
