Note the following:
* If the information you give matches the information on file at LMU, your order will be processed and a digital transcript, if you choose that option, can be available in as little as 15 minutes. If the information does not match, your order will be delayed until LMU can verify your identity which may include contacting you.
* LMU does not hold transcript requests for later fulfillment, e.g., grade or degree posting.
* If you are an active student, check your unofficial transcript in PROWL before placing the order. If you do not see grades or the degree posted in PROWL, they will not be printed on the transcript.
* If you have questions or need help with an order, you must contact Parchment Customer Service at https://parchment.my.site.com/s/contactsupport. LMU cannot help you with the order or follow-up with the Parchment system.
* LMU does not charge for a transcript.
* All transaction fees result from an order placed through Parchment. Refunds or credit must be granted by Parchment exclusively.
* LMU cannot issue refunds for Parchment transaction fees.
