Transcript requests for students who attended prior to 1988 may take additional time to process.

If you are able to login to UAccess Student Center, please check the following before requesting a transcript:

• HOLDS - Make sure all holds preventing transcript orders are removed from your account.

• GRADES - Verify that all your grades are posted; grades appear on your UAccess Student Center. Transcripts are not available to be held for final grades to post. If you order transcripts before all your grades or degrees are posted, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL TRANSCRIPT FEES if you need to order more transcripts after all grades/degrees are posted to Student Center.

• DEGREE - Verify that your degree has been posted before ordering. Posting of degree may take several weeks after you complete your coursework.

For coursework completed through Continuing and Professional Education (i.e., Court Reporting, IT Boot Camps, Advanced Paralegal Certificate, or other programs in which you received CEU credit) contact Continuing & Professional Education, 1955 E. 6th Street, Room 102, Tucson, AZ 85721; or https://ce.arizona.edu/contact. The Registrar's Office does not maintain continuing education records.

Electronic/PDF or Paper Hard Copy?

• PDF: Electronic delivery to student, college, or third party delivered without delay.

• USPS: Parchment takes responsibility for handling mail order transcript requests in a prompt and efficient manner. However, we are not responsible for mishandling or delays by the U.S. Post Office, receiving school or agency. Replacement copies cannot be issued without the normal transcript fee. We recommend FedEx shipping for guaranteed delivery.
