Transcript ordering through this website is available for all courses, certificates and professional concentrations taken through UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education, including the Open Campus program.

If this is your first time using our online ordering service, please create an account. If you're already registered, enter your email and password and click Sign In.

You can request as many transcripts as you need, and you can also specify where each transcript should be sent. A $15.00 fee is charged per transcript. If you have questions about your transcript, visit our website or contact our Student Services Department.

Important: Before ordering your transcript, please take the following steps:

1. Login to the Student Portal at the UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education website: cpe.ucdavis.edu

2. Click "Sign in" in the upper right-hand side of the page

3. Navigate to the My Profile page

4. Confirm the name you have entered into the "Name to Appear in Print" field.

This is the name that will appear on your transcript. Any updates to that field must be made prior to requesting your transcript.
