Bay State College has partnered with Parchment to provide an online ordering service for transcripts. Please note: Bay State College is a closed institution as of August 31, 2023.

Bay State College was the custodian of records for seven other closed institutions. Please indicate which school you are requesting a transcript: Andover Junior College, Bay State Jr. College, Bradford School, Burdett College, Chandler School for Women, Franklin-Morris Academy, or The Philadelphia School of Office Technologies. All transcript requests will be processed as Electronic PDF transcripts and a letter of certification. It is the student’s responsibility to verify the recipient will accept delivery of an Electronic PDF transcript. Mail orders and pickup orders are not available. Please allow 5-7 business days for someone from the processing team to respond to your transcript request.

To ensure timely processing of the transcript request please provide the legal name used during enrollment and years of attendance (if known).

Note: in certain circumstances the records provided to Bay State College by the closed institutions are themselves incomplete. Consequently, requests for records from these institutions may require additional time to locate and fulfill and/or may not be complete student records.
