Welcome to Parchment Exchange. Burley High School uses Parchment to process transcripts. You are asked to set up an account and request transcripts through this website.

Advantages to using Parchment.com: Your transcripts will not get lost in the mail and you will be able to see when your your transcripts is sent and received. Remember to send transcripts directly to the college of your choice and not to your email. Colleges typically will not accept transcripts from personal emails.

Current Senior Students: Check your email for an email from Parchment to create your free account. Make sure to use your personal email and not your school email when creating your account. Also remember DO NOT uncheck the box "I authorize a copy of my credential(s) to be stored in my Parchment account where I can view and manage the document(s)" to view unofficial transcripts. If you uncheck this box you will not have access to unofficial transcripts. If you created your account and you unchecked the box and would like to use this feature, let Mrs. Rodriguez know so she can contact Parchment to have your account deleted and you can start over with creating your account.

Current Senior Students: Once you have created your account you will receive 4 official transcripts at no cost - when you place an order it should not charge you. The 4 free official transcripts will expire on May 31, 2025. It is recommended once you are accepted to college, order your final transcript before graduation. Make sure to send your final transcript directly to the college and not yourself. Also make sure to select "Hold for Grades" when ordering your final transcript if you place your order before graduation, so your order will not be processed until grades have been finalized. Official transcripts should not be sent to yourself, colleges will not accept a transcript directly from the student.
